The department consists of specialists and dedicated property lawyers who boast of several well-known and long-standing clients. They deal with the full range of clients to include property owners and landlords and tenants for all property-related disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work closely with the firm's key clients and to continually maintain and develop strong relationships. You will be involved with business development and marketing activities, including meeting existing and potential clients and participating in press releases and regular blogs, allowing you the chance to build up your profile within the firm and particularly amongst those key clients. To be considered for this Manchester-based property litigation solicitor opportunity you will need to have a strong academic profile and good prior training within a reputable team.
