They are currently looking for a Company Commercial Solicitor to work closely alongside an established Partner of the firm. The Role The practice is seeking a new Company Commercial Solicitor 5 PQE to be based close to Kings Cross, Central London. You will work within a busy and interesting team and provide a high quality of services on all aspects of Company/Commercial law including - General Corporate, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Agreements, Intellectual Property and Banking. You will work closely alongside established Partners and as a result; will be exposed to some very good quality work. It is this early exposure to good work that reflects their investment in their staff. You will also benefit from good opportunities for progression with an organically growing firm.
