Overview
Our client is a national firm and highly regarded for its real estate work. The team is based in Reading and is renowned for its work with retailers, leisure operators, developers, occupiers, investors, lenders, landowners and public authorities across the whole spectrum of property law. The firm is now seeking a real estate solicitor with 1 years' PQE and an understanding of acquisitions and disposals to lettings and landlord and tenant matters, along with the ability work very closely with an array of clients. Candidates must have completed a real estate seat during their training contract and should demonstrate a real commitment to career development within this area of law. The successful candidate will be working alongside 3 partners within the Thames Valley Real Estate Team. The team has legal expertise on issues ranging from core property advice, planning and construction to tax, environmental and property litigation. Clients include developers and landowners, major food retailers, banks and landowners in the IT and care home sectors. The successful real estate solicitor needs to be hardworking and a team player, coupled with the ability to work autonomously and be a keen business developer. Salary is competitive.
