The Role The firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor to join their expanding team, based in Richmond, London. You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department and help drive forward the firm in maintaining and establishing a strong client base of new clients for the firm whilst providing a high quality of service on an existing caseload. This team is busy and are looking for another Solicitor to take on a varied caseload of residential property files. This will include freehold, leasehold and new build property, remortgages and transfers of equity. If you have commercial property experience then depending on your experience, this will be a mixed caseload of approximately 30% commercial property transactions. This role comes with good prospects and career development. Requirements You will be a Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE You will be able to competently run a residential property caseload Experience in both residential and property conveyancing is desired but not essential This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Associate to join a very well-respected practice.
