Residential Portfolio Analyst, European Real Estate Invesco Real Estate (IRE) has expanding pan-European investments in the build to rent residential and student housing sectors spanning several countries, mandates and operating partners. Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Operations this role will support the implementation of development and operational management initiatives in order to maximise the performance of the properties under management whilst achieving improved efficiency. Purpose Statement Having enjoyed considerable success to date the business has ambitious growth plans. Several assets within the portfolios are now transitioning from development into the lease up and operational phase. You will be responsible for: * Financial analysis on property level, such as development and operational cash flows * Work closely with the internal and external accounting teams in order to ensure the efficient financial management of the assets and portfolios under management * Work with accounting software including Yardi (helping to refine processes, checking correctness of data, cooperating with external parties /suppliers and generally facilitating accurate and efficient data and accounting flows) * Prepare ad hoc documents as required (power point presentations, reports, business plans, development trackers) * Oversee property management reports and liaise with service providers on ongoing operations * Cooperation and coordination of third-party suppliers and partners such as developers, property managers, accountants, letting agents and lawyers Have the autonomy to make an impact To be successful in this role you will have: Direct experience of real estate, and analysis with residential development and operational knowledge Computer literate - Excel and Power Point on advanced level (Argus Enterprise, Voyanta, and Yardi proficiency a plus) Excellent command of English Excellent analytical skills Self-motivated Attention to detail Ability to use own initiative Team player Work in a way that works for you: We recognise that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
