Established firm requires a Property Litigation Solicitor for its office in Hertfordshire. Our client is currently seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in Hertford. Advising clients on a wide range of matters, the successful solicitor will ensure high levels of client care and service at all times. Responsibilities • Possession proceedings • Boundary disputes • Homelessness review • Landlord and tenant • Dilapidation claims • Disrepair • Enforcement and leasehold covenants • Private and public rights of way • Rent arrears and recoveries The Candidate • Solicitors a minimum of 3 years PQE who have experience in property litigation matters • Ability to handle a mixed caseload a supervision of a team of paralegals • Excellent client care skills • Actively participating in business development, networking and marketing activities • IT proficiency The Firm Our client is steadfast and innovative property management law firm that is going through a period of sustained growth, looking to add to their strong and dynamic team of expert lawyers.
