Highly regarded firm in Hertfordshire seeks a Residential Property Solicitor on a full-time permanent basis. This a fantastic opportunity for a driven solicitor to join our client’s property department located in Hertford. The successful applicant will manage a rewarding caseload of residential property matters, whilst ensuring excellent client satisfaction at all times. Responsibilities • Freehold and leasehold • Sales and purchases • Re-mortgages • Transfer of equity • Enfranchisement • Licences • Shared ownerships • Deeds of variation • Use of the Land Registry portal • Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions The Candidate • Solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE • Solid experience in residential conveyancing is essential for this role • Experience of working with Proclaim case management system is highly desirable • A strong communicator with exceptional client care skills • Demonstrate a flair for business development The Firm Our client is steadfast and innovative property management law firm that is going through a period of sustained growth, looking to add to their strong and dynamic team of expert lawyers.
