Overview
This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years' PQE to work for a leading Legal 500 firm based in Dartford. Working as part of this successful Commercial Department, you will be dealing with a wide range of commercial contract work including drafting complex contracts, procurement, negotiating liability, indemnity provisions and managing risk. You will ideally have experience of IT, IP or data protection, although this is not essential. PQE and salary as stated are a guide only and candidates with less or more experience are invited to apply.
