Overview
An established independent insurance broker based in Kent are seeking a Sales Executive. Salary up to £24,000 OTE £30,000 Requirements: Provide quotations and sell policies to clients. Explain the features and benefits of policies to clients. Overcome objections to maximize sales opportunities. Achieve Monthly sales targets. New business account handling and administration. Attend staff meetings and training as required. Follow company policies (including Data Protection, Health and safety). Able to demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, committed, flexible attitude towards customers and other team members. Ideally you will have: Previous sales experience - ideally phone based. Able to recognise sales opportunities, create and develop enquiries. Be able to work under pressure. Able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision. Be results driven.
