Residential Conveyancer/Fee Earner REF: BG10 Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience Location: Birkenhead Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Job Section: Private Practice Contact: Brandon Ghent I am currently working with a multi service law firm based in Birkenhead who are now seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent, full time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 2 years’ experience and be able to handle all aspects of the conveyancing process and also supervise and delegate work to Conveyancing Assistants. Experience with different types of transactions, including Freehold, Leasehold, New Build, Shared Ownership, Help to Buy and Non-statutory Lease Extensions is essential and you will be able to handle from start to finish. You will be a hardworking, motivated individual who is able to work to targets and act honestly and diligently and at all times abide by the relevant professional codes of conduct.
