Overview
A very well regarded multi-service law firm based out of lovely modern offices in Birkenhead, Wirral, has an opening within its award winning Residential Conveyancing Department. This opportunity is for an experienced and passionate residential conveyancer (fee earner, licensed conveyancer or solicitor). The Conveyancing Department is recognised regionally for its high quality work and the outstanding level of service provided to clients. You will be joining a very experienced team, consisting of both qualified and non-qualified conveyancing fee earners. Your new role will see you working in tandem with the wider team, taking responsibility for your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions. Your caseload will be truly varied and you'll ideally have experience in dealing with the full spectrum of conveyancing matters (including sales & purchase, leasehold & freehold, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy, etc). The Conveyancing Team is friendly, experienced and supportive. You will be encouraged and supported to reach your full potential and progress in the longer term. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary in line with your experience or years of PQE.
