Competition Lawyer 3 To £££ Rare opening at this popular City firm for an experienced EU/Competition Lawyer to join this highly regarded team. Broad-ranging role including cartels, abuses of dominance, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, state aid and follow-on damages claims. The team also advises on vertical agreements, information exchanges. regulatory investigations in the UK and EU, as well as having a strong reputation in competition litigation work. Sectors covered include tech, life sciences, telecoms, media and financial services. A second qualification in a EU country would be useful (but not essential) as well as strong competition law experience in relation to both EU/UK merger control and behavioural and experience of state aid and public procurement.
