Overview
Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing Salary – up to £55K per annum plus benefits This long-established market leading manufacturing group has a great opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join their Finance team. As Finance Analyst – Inventory & Costing you will play a lead role in the best practice identification, automation, analysis and process integrity of Cost Reporting and associated systems and metrics. Duties will include: On time Process/report automation and continuous improvement Producing quality reporting and analysis on financial and operations metrics Providing analysis on cost improvement and productivity pipeline projects Monthly analysis and accruals for Full Cost Absorption, Excess and Obsolete and Lower of Cost/ Market entries Preparing monthly forecasts, annual budgets, bridges to budget and reconciliations Monthly analysis on Production Job Variances Fixed/Var/SGA spending analysis Weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting on cost and profitability Assist with Quarterly Inventories You will also contribute to the annual cycle of budgeting, audits and reporting for year end and quarterly accounts The successful candidate will demonstrate the following: Be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), qualified by experience will also be considered Standard Costing - SAP preferable Recent Analyst Experience in complex manufacturing operations environment Business Information & data tools - Essbase, SQL, Tableau, Excellent MS Excel skills To apply for this role that will offer a competitive package and great working environment please forward your CV together with details of your current package and notice period.
