Overview
CISCO Telephony Engineer, Cisco Voice Engineer, UCCX Engineer, SIP, CUCM, UC Engineer A large cyber security in Belfast is looking for a Cisco Engineer to provide telephony/voice support to provide a mixture of project work and 3rd level support across a range of CISCO technologies. The company is going through an important transitional period within its history, and as a result undergoing seismic systems and process change. The role will require someone with experience of CISCO UCCX, UC and CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager) as they seek to maintain and enhance a business critical CISCO telephony system. Experience Required: CISCO Call Manager CUCM and CISCO CUBE CISCO Telephony/Voice UCCX experience Experience supporting complex, multi-site voice deployments Expertise using Cisco Prime for monitoring and managing UC environments Good knowledge of SIP CCIE or CCNP Qualified If you feel you may be suitable for this role please send in your CV, interviews taking place now.
