Overview
Reporting Analyst – Legal Key Responsibilities Production, maintenance and distribution of regular reporting Development of MI and identifying areas of insight Support the development and delivery of data requests working closely with all business areas Identify key data risks, proposing mitigation and controls within the department Provide support and direction for colleagues in the rollout of new MI suites and dashboards Streamline processes / data within HR & Facilities to ensure efficiency and compliance Further automate existing manual reporting across all business areas Ad-hoc reporting required by the business Essential Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or analytical role Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Strong Microsoft Excel skills Highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite Proficient at queries, report writing and presenting findings Excellent presentation and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels Highly organised, with a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multi-task effectively Desirables: Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Visual Basic (VBA) Experience in a Legal Company Experience working with costs / financial information / budgets etc. If this Data Analyst role sounds like the perfect fit for you, Get in contact to have a chat or email about more details : olivia.redfearn opusrs.com or we can have a chat 0161 2749 642.
