Tetra Pak Services- Europe & Central Asia is looking for: Plant Components Support Specialist To be based in UK, High Wycombe OR Poland, Warsaw. Job description: As a member of the team, you would have the chance to aid the Plant Components sales specialists & Account Managers that are locally based within the markets. Supporting the network of account managers by coordinating enquiries, creating cost-ups and quotations, and supporting them technically, across Europe & Central Asia. In this role, you would complete a structured training program and would travel to various Tetra Pak sites. We have a network of salespeople locally in the markets that will effectively constitute your internal customers. The successful candidate will report to the Cluster Product Manager for Plant Components. Your responsibilities: •To coordinate enquiries, creating cost-ups and quotations for Plant Component products in our Tetra Pak Services Team using agreed pricing and tools, & setting pricing if necessary. •Working closely with the Service Key Account Managers & Service Account Managers across Europe & Central Asia, who are the primary customer interface. •To provide colleagues in the markets with technical support for the Plant Component products, including responding to technical queries from customers & the European Parts Centre using tools, manuals, internal contacts, Global Suppliers and own experiences. •Create item lists from ‘Piping and Instrument Diagram’ and suggest possible alternative solutions, select products, provide accurate and necessary information for customers and colleagues. •To help markets maintain material master data relevant to Plant Components, including new material approving & price approving •Technically support in the request for new part number creation •Technically support the markets during the order phase •Administration and coordination of key claims, liaising with suppliers, customers and colleagues to arrive at conclusion. •To work within the department’s objectives to support the company Balanced Scorecard. Required profile: Requirements: •Degree in Engineering or experience in the industry. •Background in liquid food process engineering is an asset. •Background in flow equipment, pumps and valves, instrumentation is an asset •The ability to understand and utilise technical information. •Fluency in English (any other European language is an asset). •Good computer literacy •The ability to work within a cross boarder team in Europe & Central Asia •Self-starter, able to work without constant supervision •Good commercial awareness. •Good Planning and administrative skills. •High level of accuracy & attention to detail. •Good communication & interpersonal skills.
