Overview
We have an amazing opportunity to work for a friendly successful legal company based near Ashby De La Zouch as a Conveyancing Fee Earner. You will work Monday - Friday 9.00am-5.00pm and in return you will receive an amazing salary of £35-40k per annum. The successful candidate will join the well established Conveyancing team on a full time permanent basis. You will work closely with the head of department and will run a caseload from inception to completion. The ideal candidate. • The role requires at least 3-5 years experience. • Experience dealing with sale and purchase of registered and unregistered property. • To help with plot purchases and help to buy schemes. • The candidate must be a excellent communicator • Posses a good understanding if CQS and Lexcel • Able to work as part of a team If this sounds like the role for you then please apply now or call Kym on .
