Overview

TEMPORARY POSITION - MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY - STARTING ASAP We are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis to help our client implement their new ERP System. DUTIES Providing support to the customer service team with implementation of new ERP Systems Receiving sales calls and dealing with customer enquiries via phone and e-mail Processing orders on a day to day basis Quotation of standard / modified products and assisting the Technical department with setting up part codes and entering quotes into the ERP system. Ensure all quotes are followed up, chase for feedback, and update ERP system with feedback and forward feedback to the relevant departments / sales engineers. EXPERIENCE Experience in working with an ERP system essential, specific ERP training will be given Able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with an excellent telephone manner Computer literate Previous experience working within a Manufacturing / Engineering environment. (Would be beneficial) Dealing with customer complaints/return requests.
