THE JOB: Recruitment Consultant - Sales Experience Required Cold calling businesses to sell in yourself as a recruiter and sell in your business Business development, meeting the clients and pitching your services face to face Agreeing terms and fees with the client so that you have roles to recruit for Screening candidate CV’s to see if they’re applicable for the role in question Interviewing candidates face to face and preparing them for interviews Liaising with candidates and clients to gather feedback or any reservations Negotiating salaries and hopefully……. closing a deal THE PERKS OF WORKING AS A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT £25,000 - £30,000 basic salary OTE YR1 £40,000 - £70,000 Quarterly lunch clubs for the high achievers (the company pays) Annual holiday incentives (all inclusive trips to NY, Milan, Amsterdam, etc…) Fun social working environment - WORK HARD PLAY HARD Monthly awards for the top billers and most influential employees Supportive family feel culture Early finish every Fridays with beers in the office CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS FOR A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT Degree educated Sales experience 6 months or more OR Office experience 12 months or more A strong work ethic, a go-getter A competitive will-to-win attitude Money motivation and the hunger to be successful Get in touch - send through you application or give us a call today.
