Overview
Clark James are actively seeking a Recruitment Consultant - Financial Advice and Mortgage Services, working from home. COMMISSION BASED ONLY NO BASIC SALARIES Job Description As a Recruitment Consultant - Financial Advice and Mortgage Services, your day to do will be mainly comprised of but not limited to: • Candidate sourcing and management (including meeting, interview management etc.) • Business development and client management (including meeting clients and running recruitment campaigns) • Earn higher once you establish your own clients list. Means if you work for 8 to 10 vacancies in a month, you can keep commission of 40% from each placement • Full responsibility for your personal brand and P&L. You have to build relationships with clients from day one so that you can find vacancies and source candidates using job boards. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant for the Recruitment Consultant role will have the following skills and experience: • Sales or relevant consultancy background • 2.1 or better at university • Strong interpersonal skills • Proactive attitude • Be comfortable on the phone • Team oriented approach • Have an interest in or prior knowledge of the Fin Services Industry What's on Offer Team culture, before establishing your own clients list, lead can be provided from head office, you must have good communication skills to talk to different people in head office.
