Project Manager
Overview
IT Project Manager 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Public sector VLE and HE experience desired. In scope of IR35. Your new company You will be working for a forward thinking Higher Education organisation based in Nottingham City Centre within their projects and change team. Your new role You will be leading a large team of people including contractors, consultants and 3rd party organisations. You will mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for leading on two projects one focusing on reimagining the companies VLE (Virtual Learning Environment), the other will be unifying the organisations colleague learning experience platform. You will expertly manage the projects right the way through to delivery and ensure business and technical solutions are strategically met. What you'll need to succeed You will be Prince2 qualified with excellent knowledge of project management practices, tools and techniques. Being a waterfall and agile project delivery native you will have excellent planning, communication and presentation skills. You will quickly establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and be able to think analytically to solve any problems that may arise. Creating accurate reports detailing the financial status and progress of the projects using enterprise project management solutions, What you'll get in return You will receive a day rate of up to £550 per day and be part of one of the most exciting public sector project teams in the city.
