Permanent Credit Controller Based in Stafford C.£20,000 DOE Full-Time Your new company Your new company are a leader in their field based in Stafford and are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role You role will include but not be limited to; Managing and collecting debts Building relationships with customers and maintaining contact to ensure invoices are clear for payment Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices Assisting with checking customers credit rating and setting up credit term Chasing outstanding debt via phone, email and letter Cash allocation and reconciliations Any additional administrative support as needed What you'll need to succeed You will need to have previous experience in a credit control role and be able to hit the ground running. You will have a positive, can-do attitude and work well within a team and be comfortable liaising at all levels.
