Overview
Our client, an exciting travel software tech company for Admin Assistants to come and join their exciting and growing business, this position is right for a candidate who is looking to gain essential experience working within a dynamic tech environment . You will be integrated into the head office of the UK division, the right candidate will give support and require having a strong understanding of operating computer systems, and be strong with communications to key stakeholders . JOB REQUIREMENTS University degree or studies in administration/business management is a plus. At least 1 year of experience in administration. Necessary knowledge: very high level of Excel skills. Main responsibilities will be: Processing and organising key documents within the business Utilising specialist in house systems to provide detailed administration Updating and communicating with key stakeholders Delivering within specific timeframes Randstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
