Trainee Office Administrator required to join an expanding construction business based in Oldham Your new company You will be joining an established and fast expanding construction business that operates throughout the UK. This company are looking to recruit a trainee office administrator to join their team. Your new role Working with an established project team, you will support a busy office with photocopying documents, answering the main business line, taking messages, putting calls through to internal departments, sending drawing out in the post and filing along with other administrative duties as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to start their career and be part of a thriving team. What you'll need to succeed This is a trainee role, therefore some basic administration experience would be desirable however full training can be given to the right applicant. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly motivated and keen to progress in an administrative role. You will need excellent communication skills along with a confident and resilient approach and you will be expected to demonstrate a great work ethic.
