RPA (Robotic Process Automation) - Practice Lead / Consultant If you are a Technical Consultant with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience then here is a chance for you to step up into a Principle Consultant position. Take ownership of projects and engagements with clients for a cutting-edge technology firm. You will be the dedicated RPA expert within the business The Company Great opportunity to join a growing consultancy specialising in Automation and Digital Transformation and Software development into enterprise typically in the pharmaceutical, financial and insurance markets and their office is based near Waterloo. As part of this team, you would be responsible for managing the implementation of new projects and working across the different internal teams. Currently our client has 40 employees with huge growth plans for 2020 and to triple in size by 2022. The Role A fully end to end consulting role. You'll start with initial engagements with clients, conducting presales and giving demonstrations. You'll then understand specific customer requirements, communicating with technical teams to then build solutions. Seeing your projects through to delivery, you will ensure the successful completion of the project from a technical perspective, ensuring the requirements and designs are adhered to through to go-live. What You Need 5 years' experience as a technical consultant or similar. 2 years' experience with RPA technology. Some points of interest: Looking for someone to lead RPA - 50% presales, build demos visit clients 50% tech lead on projects and be accountable projects is being adhered to on a technical perspective Our client are using Blue Prism but other RPA software/tolling experience will be accepted End to end delivery of projects Onsite -will be pitching to very senior people for this - hold their own and push back to senior stake holders and solve business problems Building demos Financial Services or Insurance Domain knowledge useful Can work from home but not all the time. Visiting clients and projects. 30-40% travel to client side.
