A Government organisation in Westminster is looking for a Recruitment Campaign Advisor for 2 months. Your new company A well-established Government organisation in Westminster, London is looking for a Recruitment Campaign Advisor to join their team for a 2 months contract. This is a full-time role, 36 hours a week and is paying £15 via PAYE or £16.81 via Umbrella company per hour. Your new role You will work in a team of 13 and report directly to the Recruitment Partner, and be responsible for delivering an effective end-to-end Recruitment process. This will include, advising hiring managers on best recruitment practise and policies and assisting in reviewing recruitment processes to deliver a cost and time effective service. As Recruitment Campaign Advisor, you will manage anywhere from 15 - 20 roles at your busiest. Additionally, you ensure to provide an excellent customer service to applicants and hiring managers throughout the shortlisting and on-boarding stages. What you'll need to succeed it is essential that you can demonstrate an excellent knowledge of HR and Recruitment policies and have strong experience of working in a fast-pace, Recruitment role. You will be credible and confident to challenge hiring managers if you need to and have excellent administrative skills. If you already hold a valid security clearance, that is ideal - if not, you will have to go through a security clearance process for this role.
