Overview
Tremendous opportunity to join this Manchester based practice and head up a strong conveyancing department, that is looking to take its next step in terms of growth. The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified Solicitor with experience of managing a team and working towards increasing turnover & head count. This role will be a non fee earning position as the main focus of this role will be to develop the team, increase work flow by working with the marketing team, ensuring new team targets are put in place and implement new processes as the team grows. You will also be expected to aide with recrutiment and work closlely with the senior management team to provide regular reports on the development of the team. There will be the opportunity to move into a Directorship role, once settiled within the business. The current staff head count is 10 (including paralegal support) however the intention is to double this over the course of the next 12 - 18 months. This practice use the Proclaim case management system, so it will be ideal if you have already used this system. Salary for this role will be in the realms of £45,000 - £50,000 with an added benefits scheme and performance based bonus.
