1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst Windows 10, Tickets, DNS, DHCP, Server, Office 365, Exchange, Citrix, VMware, Azure My client are a established yet growing provider of IT Services. Due to some amazing growth over the past year and investment in to the business they have a requirement for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst to join their small but growing Managed Services Helpdesk. As 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst you will have a solid and demonstrable background of working on a busy helpdesk. As 1st / 2nd Line Support Analyst you wil have outstanding communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. you will have a solid range of 1st / 2nd line support skills across a range of technology such as Windows 10, Tickets, DNS, DHCP, Server, Office 365, Exchange, Citrix, VMware, Azure. Although the role does not initially involve any shift work it is something that could be introduced at some point in the future, so flexibility is essential.
