Overview
My client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their fun and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be confident and a strong administrator who is happy supporting a team of vibrant and energetic personalities. The role can be demanding so you will need to be able to remain calm under pressure and have a positive approach to your work. this would suit someone looking to eventually progress into a more sales based role. Tasks: Complete data records by recording names, addresses and contact data. Call prospective and active business customers from prepared lists and existing database entries. Deliver scripted conversations to potential customers. Adjust script to the needs of specific individuals. Qualify customers by relevance to the business. Aim to arrange face-to-face appointments with field sales representatives. Confirm appointments and arrangements with field sales representatives. Take inbound phone calls and handles customer queries. Conduct customer and marketing surveys. Update database with activities and content of phone calls. Follow up on marketing campaigns and leads. Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction. Assist sales team with data entries into CRM system and managing diaries. Handle follow up tasks from face-2-face meetings conducted by field sales team. Support sales team by producing support materials for meetings and tasks. Requirements: Results driven, good time management, telemarketing experience, customer service experience, prospecting experience, interest in sales, able to handle rejection, professional attitude, proficient in relevant computer applications (Excel, MS office package, E-Mail, CRM systems).
