I am looking for a Senior Support Worker for a Residential Children's Care Home Working With 8-18yrs EBD Situated in North Essex Are you a Team Leader/Senior Support Worker that wants change Working with 8-18 yrs old some who have experienced childhood trauma along with other complex needs. YOU MUST HAVE QCF/NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People Working towards Lvl 5 Leadership & Management(preferred) 2 Years Experience in a similar role Have good leadership and supervision skills You must drive.
