They are now looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their City Registrars Department. The Role As a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will oversee a range of administrative duties to support our client’s City Registrars Department. Providing general company secretarial assistance to Tax and Business Advisory Teams, you will update statutory records and registers and play a vital role in business registration for a range of customers. Your role will involve: - Utilising Blueprint OneWorld management software - Managing client invoicing - Filling confirmation statements - Updating articles and drafting resolutions - Maintaining the client database - Assisting with client set-up procedures - Re-registering companies and registering the UK branches of overseas companies About You To be considered as a Company Secretarial Assistant, you will need: - Experience in using Blueprint OneWorld management software - Proficient written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organisational skills - The ability to work to tight deadlines and a positive can-do attitude Ideally, you will have experience of working in a similar role, but this is not essential. A full or part ICSA qualification would also be beneficial, as would good company secretarial knowledge.
