Overview
Customer Service Advisor required based in Loughton, Essex The Candidate should have excellent writing and communications skills. A background in customer service essential. Tasks will include but are not limited to: looking into customer queries, chasing couriers, liaising with the warehouse and processing returns. Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm £18k per annum - overtime available on Saturdays or Sundays (dependant on workload) Please apply with an up to date cv
