They are looking for an experienced Customer operations administrator to come on board and join the operations department based within Epping Forest, Essex. The role of a Customer operations administrator within this organisation will be to work closely alongside the sales team within the customer service function to assist with issuing tickets and liaising with airlines in relation to any queries. You must be able to multitask, have extensive administrative skills and have previous experience within the travel industry ( this can be contact centre or retail).
