We believe in equality and mutual respect, one of our targets is to train and invest in our staff to create a solid leadership and senior engineer teams for tomorrow The role and responsibilities: - Provide 2nd line support and serve as a point of escalation for junior engineers - Welling to do 1st line support when needed or short-staffed - Mentor Junior Engineers - Have an outstanding level of professional communication and time management - Maintaining and creating documentations - Ability to work with ITIL adopted processes e.g. Request for Change and Problem Management Essential Skills: - Excellent Ticket management - Field Engineer experience - Virtualisation technologies and solutions - Windows Server 2012/2016 - Windows 7/8/10 - MAC - Office 365 Administration - Exchange 2010/2013/2016 - Networking: LAN, VPN, vLAN, WAN, VoIP, Firewalls and switches - Group Policy Deployments - AD, DNS, DHCP, IPAM - Troubleshooting using Command Lines and built-in tools - Telephony and VoIP systems - Microsoft Office Suites - Storage solutions: OneDrive, Egnyte and Sharefile Preferable Skills: - PowerShell and Python scripting - Azure/ AWS - Hyper V - VMware Exsi - Certifications renewals and management - Mimecast - Sophos - Ubiquity - Cisco Meraki - SQL - WordPress/ Plesk Preferred Qualifications : - MCSA in Microsoft Windows Server - Mimecast Gateway Technical Specialist - CompTIA A, N or/ and Sec - ITIL Foundation What are we offering: - Up to £33,000 per annum, with salary reviews depending on performance - Vitality Health Care & Rewards - Discounts platform to access 3000 discounts - Comprehensive Therapy and Counselling - Role Specific Training and Development - Mobile Allowance And many others…….
