Overview
Our client, a global law firm based in London, are seeking to recruit an outstanding CSR Manager to focus on delivering on the CSR strategy. The role holder will advance existing programmes, development new initiatives and shape the global CSR strategy for the firm. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the Firm’s CSR programmes Devise and create new CSR initiatives from planning to execution Shape the global CSR strategy of the Firm Maintain strong relationships and act as the main point of contact for the Firm’s selected charities Develop and identify new community projects and implement similar programmes in other office locations Maintain an understanding of leading global trends in CSR, including sustainability and procurement Work closely with the global HR Team and Office Managers in local offices to deliver a true partnership role to the business to deliver CSR initiatives and solutions Work closely with CSR partners as required. Required experience Experience of creating and delivering CSR programmes in a global professional services environment Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships globally at all levels Experience of working with charities within a corporate environment Strong written communication skills and aptitude for creating engaging content Experience of working closely with different geographical locations and cultures Gravitas and a strategic thinker, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders Project management knowledge with experience of managing suppliers and budgets.
