Essential Skills for the Ruby on Rails Developer: Experience of working in a distributed workforce in an agile development team. Commercial experience (or equivalent) in web application development spanning multiple projects. Experience with Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. A strong standard of spoken and written English.
