Quantity Surveyor Your new company One of the busiest and longest standing house builders are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a well established team with a brilliant culture, flexible attitude to working, and clear paths of progression for a Quantity Surveyor joining the business at this level. The quality of the built product is evident with this developer, having consistently retained their 5 house builder status. Your new role You will oversee 2 to 3 large new build housing developments from early stages through to completion. These are large, fast moving sites including infrastructure. What you'll need to succeed New build housing experience is essential for the role, whether you have gained that in a contractor or developer setting. You have confidence in your ability to effectively manage and price costs in the ground, managing groundworks sub-contactors. What you'll get in return You will receive a basic salary which is above market average, plus company car/car allowance and a excellent remuneration package of benefits.
