MEP Revit Lead job | £40-50k | City of London | Be part of a growing SME international business, manage team Your new company This specialist MEP consultancy work out of offices in both London and Ireland, the business focuses on producing a quality service for their diverse client base. With projects across the education, healthcare, commercial and residential markets, you will be involved in several different projects. Working alongside a small London based team, you will work together to offer clients a slick and professional service across all design stages. Your new role You will be responsible for the full coordination of London projects, working alongside engineers who are able to design straight into Revit models. You will be involved in creating families, training and developing engineers and coordinating MEP designs into a complete BIM model. Long term, this team will be growing with the addition of a junior BIM technician, so the desire to train and develop a junior technician is essential. What you'll need to succeed You will be an accomplished Revit technician, with strong aspirations to become a BIM manager in the next 1-2 years. You'll have excellent coordination skills, with a sound understanding of the MEP process. Ideally you will have experience at working on a project from master planning through to completion.
