Overview
Night Support Workers Needed in Nottingham Your new company One of the biggest Housing Associations in the Midlands are on the look out for a Night Support Worker to assist with Supported Accommodation. Your new role The role will require regular check on both building and tenants to ensure safety. You will be expected to liaise with service users, and build positive relationships to help confidence and skills. You will offer personal support to homeless or vulnerably housed tenants, to assist in the transition to independent living. You will work a night shift pattern of 4 on, 4 off. What you'll need to succeed It is vital that you are warm, and friendly with strong communication skills. This can be a challenging environment so a positive outlook and enthusiasm are a must. You will have experience working with homeless in a supportive role. You will need a clean UK driving license and your own transport to be successful in this role.
