Overview

A medium sized design consultancy are on the look out for an additional Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist to add to their established team. Their portfolio consists of 90% developer work, with a client list of the most renowned house builders across the North West. Sites range from smaller exclusive developments, reaching up to large masterplans. They also work on bespoke buildings & a listed building in Cheshire. You will ideally have some UK based practice behind you already post qualification, hopefully a minimum of 2-3 years experience (however this practice are also happy to consider some slightly more experienced individuals), and ideally within the residential sector. A knowledge of layout design and feasibility studies would be a bonus Software of choice is predominantly Revit and AutoCAD. They also use ArchiCAD occasionally, Indesign, Photoshop and SketchUp. Salary is very much dependent on your experience, but likely to be up to £32,000 for some slightly more experienced individuals.
