Overview
Architectural Technician Job, Up to £38,000, Permanent, Essex Your new company You will be working for an Architectural Practice focusing on residential projects. With large projects working alongside the local authority and private clients this practice is well established and is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician to assist them with planning, Building regulation drawings and any other technical work. Your new role You will be working as an experienced Architectural technician on predominantly residential projects throughout the UK. You will be creating planning drawings to be submitted and will create building regulation drawings and other technical drawings in Autocad. What you'll need to succeed You will have at least 4 years experience working within a UK practice on technical construction drawings and you would have also completed planning drawings planning submission and completed planning applications in relation to residential buildings.
