Overview
An assistant facilities officer, paying £10.79 an hour in Thetford. Thetford Full-time Your new company Your new company is a premium graded outdoors site, that prides itself on its positive and energetic working environment. In addition to each working day being different. An opportunity to work for this company has presented itself due to recent internal restructuring. Your new role Your new role is customer facing with some managerial responsibilities, such as the assistance in delivering the site business plan, organisation of finances and reacting to enquiries, requests or incidents. In addition to overseeing the maintenance of the site, whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be provided with internal training days, as well as the opportunity to attend external training days to attain qualifications. You will be working 37 hours per week, on a rota system which requires you to work every other weekend. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role you will need to be able to provide excellent customer service through a positive and polite manner. You will have the ability to work within a team to support one another, and be committed to working every other weekend on the rota system. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a full time position on a temporary basis to start with, and the potential to stay permanently. Working in a premium outdoors site that provides free parking for all staff.
