Site Manager - Environmental Services Team Leader
Overview
Site Manager - Environmental Services Team Leader required Your new Role In your new role, you will be responsible for the management of the work activities from day-to-day. This includes various tasks such as task-based grounds maintenance and tree work, to overseeing programmes and project works. You will be immediately responsible for a team of operatives and sub-contractors, alongside managing the budgets involved in the remit. This role will include tasks such as technical diagnosis; post work quality inspections and management of Health and Safety. You will also be responsible for putting operatives to work, completing risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), training and competency matrix. What you will Need to be Successful To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of management of tree and grounds maintenance including landscaping works, and good knowledge of construction best practices. Experience of managing a team of operatives is also required and being able to work in a team. Experience of arboricultural and horticultural machinery safety is desirable. You will need experience of Health and safety legislation, and delivery of Tool Box Talks. A full driving licence is required. What you will get in Return You will work on an 8-week contract starting on 6th January and will be paid £28,440. You will be working 37 hours per week and will be working flexible hours.
