School Caretaker
Overview
School Caretaker needed - Permanent Full time role - Coventry (Cv2) Your new workplace The Governors and Staff of the School are looking to employ someone reliable and trustworthy to fit in with their school ethos. It is an established and successful school in the local area, with an ever-increasing intake and a growing need and demand for staff. The site is easily accessible, with free parking and main roads, making your commute easy. Your new role The role you will partake in will require a basic level of maintenance skills for jobs around site, you will need some form of experience in similar roles. Alongside this you will be responsible for keeping site clean and tidy, providing a safe space for the students and staff. Trust is a key part of the role, locking up after finish and the manager of the keys. There is also an aspect of management in the role, with responsibility over part time cleaning staff and site security. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, as previously mentioned you will need experience in maintenance and handyman roles, alongside this previous work in caretaker roles would be preferred but not a necessity. A good and positive attitude is what the school staff are looking for to reflect the positive effect they have had on the community.
