Junior R&D Engineer Your new company You will be working for a leading manufacture and supplier for products and labels supplying to a popular market. Your new role Working with the Senior R&D Engineer, you will be responsible in ensuring the highest level of service to internal and external customers by delivering a high quality product. Your key responsibilities will include: Following the processes for development to deliver new formulas in order to fit the external and internal concept requirements. Ensuring good practice and Health & Safety standards are achieved. Increasing raw material supplies and look for new ways to optimise formulas. Providing technical support for site audit. Respond appropriately to product feedback. What you'll need to succeed Educated to degree level in a science related subject Experience in a laboratory field or similar environment Prior experience in product development Excellent data analysis and writing skills.
