Were looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic Junior Marketing Automation Specialist (Pardot) to join our growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the digital marketing strategy and the wider marketing team with digital activity. Why work for us? Requirements The role The focus of the role will be to nurture existing leads into sales through email marketing and clever marketing automation. * Assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with implementing nurture engagement programmes through Pardot automation. * Continually optimise the marketing automation channel using tactics such as A/B testing and personalization, sharing the results of those activities and implementing results into the existing and future programs. * Create and launch Pardot emails, dynamic landing pages, forms and campaigns as needed. * Assist with Pardot data hygiene, system maintenance and lead management * Create and launch drip email campaigns through Pardot. * Identify new trends in digital marketing automation utilising Pardot, and suggest new ideas to enhance the digital strategy and keep leads engaged. * To work alongside the marketing and sales team to ensure alignment of objectives and to support the team with ad-hoc nurture campaigns for target accounts. * Assist in any other relevant projects, campaigns and tasks as defined by the Digital Marketing Manager. Person Essentials: * In-depth knowledge of the full spectrum of digital marketing. * Be capable of using marketing automation for sophisticated lead management and pipeline analytics. * Knowledge of best practices for sales and marketing automation and workflow processes; understanding & experience with lead management, lead scoring, and nurturing. * Ability to turn data into marketing intelligence and action-oriented analysis * Basic understanding of how HTML & CSS work. * Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently as part of a team. * A positive, proactive attitude. Having a good sense of humour is a plus. * Organised and adaptable who thrives working in a fast-moving environment. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desirables: * Experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment. * A Marketing or Digital Marketing degree or similar qualification in marketing. * Experience working with marketing automation tools (Pardot / Marketo) * Experience working with a CRM (i.e Salesforce). * Experience working with tools which enhance the digital experience (i.e CRO tools).
