A large regional construction company is seeking a new BIM manager Your new company A large regional construction company based in Bedford, working on new build projects across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The company have recently won various projects and are expanding very quickly. Your new role The ideal candidate will take lead of a team of existing technicians and be able to encourage and instruct the team. You will be expected to train and introduce new techniques and systems that can help the team and the company to progress, and ensure the team are able to handle the upcoming workload. You will also be required to establish BIM requirements produce relevant supporting documents, develop and maintain a BIM execution plan, as well as be hands on using the systems required to produce the relevant models. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have: A strong understanding of BIM standards An in-depth knowledge of Revit Good communication skills A masters in BIM management, or other relevant degree Experience managing a team in a similar company An up to date knowledge of BIM programmes and trends What you'll get in return In return you will receive: £45,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience 23 days holiday, excluding bank holidays Car allowance Private healthcare Benefits package, including discount on restaurants, high street shops, gym memberships etc. What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
