Architect Technician
Overview
Architectural Technician - Birmingham - Permanent - £30-£37k Your new company You will be working as a an Architect Technician for a medium sized arc practice in Birmingham. Your new role As an Architectural Technician, you will be focused on conducting technical drawing, and providing architectural design services and solutions on construction projects. You will be negotiating and developing projects, liaising with the team and / or clients, to manage the process from conception through to completion. You will be part of a team of friendly Technicians, Architects and Surveyors from all different backgrounds. You will be working full-time Monday to Friday with an early finish every Friday. Projects will be span across most construction sectors but the company has a particular focus upon healthcare, industrial/commercial and education. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you must have previous experience as a Technician and you must be proficient in AutoCAD and ideally Revit however if less developed in Revit then training will be provided.You will be focused and passionate about projects, driven and personable. What you'll get in return In return you will receive a salary of between £30000 - £37000 dependant on experience. Holidays increase with loyalty.
