Structural Engineer
Overview
Structural Engineer job in Bristol with a multi-dis consultancy in their high performing structural team. Your new company Your new company is an award winning, leading consultancy having specialised in the Civil & Structural industry nation wide. With offices all over the UK and an ever-expanding workload, they are now looking to appoint a Structural Engineer to join their high performing Bristol Structures team. Your new role You will be expected to assist with the technical lead on both large and small projects. This will include liaising with and leading other members of the team to achieve an integrated solution that meets the client's objectives. You will be working predominantly with steel and concrete structures, as well as undertaking analysis and design using a predominantly TEKLA and TEDDS. What you'll need to succeed You will have a strong academic record with a minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited University, as well as a passion for structural and building design. You will be working closely with architects and will therefore be able to articulate your creative ideas persuasively through sketching, verbally and in writing. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex tasks through rational and methodical thought to achieve an optimum solution. You will have a collaborative team-working style and will be able to work effectively with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and abilities. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary between £28,000 - £34,000 based on current skill levels and relevant experiences with an additional bundle of benefits.
