Pro-Legal is working closely with a leading US firm based in London recruiting multiple Private Equity Lawyers. Due to two new Partners joining the team last year there is an urgent need to expand the team. This is a great time to join a close-knit team during an exciting time of growth. The ideal Private Equity lawyer will have experience across a broad range of matters. You will have experience in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure transactions. You will have practical experience advising clients on corporate finance transactions and cross-border mergers. Pro-Legal has worked with this client on numerous roles. Personality fit is essential for this client. The role will suit an ambitious and client-focused Private Equity Lawyer with a real desire to progress their career.
